The PSF UK sent the UK National Team to take part in the 18th Belgian Open Championships on 4 and 5 May 2013, in Schoten, near Antwerp. Almost 150 competitors from 11 countries took part in the Tanding-only championships. The PSF UK delegation was headed by President Bapak Aidinal Alrashid, with five athletes competing in Male weight categories B, C, D, and Open.

Sean Kardar, fighting in Male Class B, defeated Shafiq Fitri Bin Darun Isa from the Pahang Malaysia team to go through to the Finals. In the second round, Sean faced Johan of Indonesia — he fought well but lost, winning Silver for the UK.
Samir Ghanim, current Open Class European Champion, won his fight against Nick Bos from Holland and took Gold for the UK.
